For some of us, it’s easy to go with the quickest, cheapest, & easiest solution. It’s easy to convince ourselves that what we purchase doesn’t really have that negative of an impact on the world. In reality, every choice matters as a modern day consumer. When you choose to purchase from Anew Wellness, you can be sure that you are making a positive impact on the world.
Our Packaging
There’s a number of things that go into my packaging and carelessness is not one of them. I use biodegradable packing peanuts, hemp twine, recycled tissue paper, recycled paper tape, recycled boxes, recycled business cards, and Kraft paper shreddings. Much of the packing material is reused from when I receive orders of inventory.
Pure Essential Oils
The essential oils used in my candles are sustainably sourced pure therapeutic grade essential oils from The Essential Oil Company.
Crystals
I use genuine crystals in my candles. Some of them are purchased from small shops on Etsy and others are collected by yours truly from various locations around the PNW.
Fragrance Oils
Many of my candles contain fragrance oil, but don’t worry! These are not your average fragrance oils packed with chemicals. The fragrance oils I use are from the Clean Scents at Candle Science which undergo rigorous testing and meet a strict list of standards.
Wax
In my candles, I use nothing but 100% Soy Wax from American Soy Organics. If you’re new to soy wax, check out this article for a quick bit of information.
